Dad always says how happy he is to be here and how well looked after he is. I am never worried about his welfare and know he is in very good hands. He has a lovely room with views of the garden, and he enjoys the entertainment laid on, particularly the quizzes.

Mum has been at Tegfield for over three years, and I can't imagine a better place for her to be living, given her advanced dementia. She is brilliantly looked after, and staff continue to try to involve her in activities even though her capacity to engage is diminishing. The meals are amazing, and the grounds are beautiful. It's been very hard having limited interaction with Mum over the past year, but it's now a relief to be able to join her in her room, and the staff a very welcoming and supportive of (Covid-safe) visits.

I have had a first-class experience at The Elms. My room is large, comfortable and well-furnished. It is also warm - an important factor for me. The food is also very good - nutritional, tasty and well-served. The staff are excellent, always available if needed, kind and attentive. The biggest plus for me was being able to bring my cat - thank you!
