I am very pleased and happy how staff treated me with care, dignity and respect. How staff helped me with my mental stability. Now I am a lot better and staff are very friendly and professional.

Highfield has completely changed my idea of a care home. Having been transferred here for rehab after an accident, my spirits were at their lowest but not for long. I soon realised what a great place it is, a lovely building and extremely well run.

Very impressed with the welcome I received. Love the way you are all so attentive to Mum but allow her the space to be her own independent, contrary self. Grateful for the support you give Dad on his daily visits.
