Nestled within stunning Wiltshire countryside on the outskirts of Downton and on the edge of the New Forest, Ashley Grange provides personalised residential, dementia and respite care in a charming, warm and inviting residential and nursing care home.  Our spacious, yet homely environment is furnished to a high level, and provides cosy, safe, and comfortable surroundings for those who call it ‘home’

UPDATE: at Hartford Care we’ve been making some home improvements to all of our existing properties and Ashley Grange has benefited from the following investments. A full refurbishment to communal areas, a full refurbishment of 12 bedrooms, a full refurbishment to our existing staff accommodation, extensive landscaping to the front of the building including new tarmac and car park, solar panel installation, a new hair salon, and roof repairs. Our facilities team will continue carrying out improvement works to all of our existing homes in such a way that residents are disturbed as little as possible. As always, our goal is to improve the lives of our residents by increasing comfort, activity options, and happiness.

Our fully trained, compassionate, and caring team has created an exceptional residential and nursing care home which ensures our residents are not only safe and well cared for but are happy and content.  At Ashley Grange we provide a full programme of activities, entertainment and outings to cater for everyone’s taste.

Our Facilities

Ashley Grange provides a very friendly and social setting, with comfortable communal areas where residents can simply relax or enjoy various activities with friends. Our secluded grounds and south facing gardens provide the perfect setting for residents to unwind and take in the glorious views and tranquil countryside Wiltshire has to offer. Each of our 55 bedrooms are all generously proportioned and fully furnished, complete with a flat screen TV, telephone point and 24-hour call bell.
