Our interview process

We’re committed to ensuring we recruit the right people with the right skills and values to work in our family so that, regardless of your role, the highest standards of care and support are provided to those who live with us. We know how daunting the interview process can be, so we try to create a balance, ensuring we get the best out of those we interview whilst doing so in a relaxed way.

Telephone Conservation

After submitting your application, if you’re shortlisted you’ll receive a call from us, so we can get to know you a little better and give you the opportunity to ask any questions.

Interview and Taster Days

Our interviews are usually conducted by two members of our team, but sometimes our residents like to be involved in the interview process too, as their opinions really matter to us!

Final Details

If you’re successful and we offer you the role, we’ll need to carry out some final checks to ensure we comply with relevant regulations.
