For new starters:
- Two-week shadowing period with experienced team members
- Care Certificate qualification (15 standards of care)
- Face-to-face and online training
- Regular supervision and support
For career progression:
- NVQ/Diploma Level 2 and Level 3 in Health & Social Care
- Apprenticeships (earn while you learn)
- Leadership and management development
- Specialist training in dementia care, end of life care, and more
For nurses:
- Paid NMC registration
- Revalidation support
- Clinical skills development
- Pathway to clinical lead and management roles
Many of our Home Managers started as Care Assistants. If you’re ambitious and committed, there’s no limit to how far you can go.
