There are 33 spacious bedrooms, including two double rooms ideal for couples or close relatives who wish to stay together, each set up so residents can add their own photos, ornaments and soft furnishings. The three large lounges give plenty of room for group activities, visiting entertainers and celebrations, while the two sun lounges offer light‑filled spots to read, relax or simply enjoy the view. Outside, the accessible and ornate garden is fully level and easy to get around, with paths, seating areas and planting that encourage gentle walks and fresh air, even for those using walking aids. Features such as call systems, clear signage and well‑lit corridors all support independence, while visiting chiropodists, dentists, hairdressers, opticians and local clergy help keep everyday healthcare and spiritual needs in hand without lots of travel.
