Life at our Home

"My passion has always been creating homes where residents feel valued, respected, and truly at ease. I have a particular interest in dementia care and in supporting teams to deliver care that’s both compassionate and meaningful. Joining Hartford Care and leading Belford House feels like a wonderful next step and I’m excited to build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues as we continue to make Belford a warm, happy, and thriving home. I’m proud to be part of an organisation that truly lives its values of creating communities, caring for each other, and celebrating individuality every day. Seeing residents smile and feel at home is what inspires me most, it’s what makes everything worthwhile."
