Cotswolds Rise Care Home, is a modern, purpose-built care home located in Purton, near Swindon, Wiltshire. Designed with luxury and comfort in mind, Cotswolds Rise offers 66 spacious, bright en-suite bedrooms across two floors, with personalised furnishings to create a welcoming, home-from-home environment.
Our expert team provides personalised residential care, dementia support, respite care, and day care tailored to each resident’s individual needs. We prioritise dignity, independence, and wellbeing, delivering compassionate 24/7 care and a variety of therapies to support physical and emotional health.
Residents enjoy a variety of communal spaces including multiple lounges, dining rooms, lifestyle kitchens, a cinema room, a salon, and an on-site shop. Our fully accessible landscaped gardens and patio offer tranquil outdoor spaces for relaxation and social activities, fostering a vibrant community atmosphere.

With its fully accessible and enclosed landscaped garden, patio areas, and sun terraces, our outdoor space provides great scope for various enjoyable activities. Each of our 66 generously proportioned en-suite bedrooms is tastefully decorated and fully furnished and benefit from an abundance of natural light. Throughout our home we have several spacious lounges, dining rooms, and lifestyle kitchens as well as tranquil seating areas, a salon and a shop - all of which have been elegantly decorated to provide luxurious and homely living spaces. Purpose built homes like Swindon benefit from numerous social spaces, all with their own style and character, so residents can enjoy big group activities or smaller gatherings, as preferred.

There are multiple areas of outstanding natural beauty within walking distance of the Swindon home site. Less than a mile away there is both Mouldon Hill Country Park, with views of the North Wilts Canal Aqueduct and Swindon Henge; and Shaw Forest Park with stunning walks in and around the Swindon Lagoons Nature Reserve. The popular Lydiard Park is also located a short drive from the home and there are transit links into central Swindon for shopping and the famous STEAM Museum of the Great Western Railway.
