Inver House is an Edwardian family house stylishly converted into a 50 bedroom care home, located in the small town of Bembridge on the Isle of Wight. It is located within easy walking distance of the town’s amenities including shops, banks, and the post office. The seashore is also close at hand with its lifeboat station, maritime museum, and the famous local windmill.

The unique care home offers personalised residential, dementia and respite care across two floors. Iver House provides a homleey feel, in a warm and welcoming environment and our dedicated team of carers ensures our residents are not only safe and well cared for, but happy and content as well. Inver House offers a full programme of activities, entertainment and outings to cater for everyone’s taste, so we guarantee there is something for everyone.

With its fully accessible and enclosed landscaped garden, patio areas, and sun terraces, our outdoor space provides great scope for various enjoyable activities. Each of our generously proportioned bedrooms is tastefully decorated and fully furnished and benefits from an abundance of natural light. Throughout our home, we have several spacious lounges and dining rooms all designed to support group activities and time spent with friends. The home also offers plenty of tranquil seating areas - all of which have been elegantly decorated with their own character and style to provide luxurious and homely living spaces.

Things to do around Inver House

Inver House is located in Bembridge, claimed to be England’s largest village, which lies at the Isle of Wight’s most eastern point. It has a harbour, three beaches and even its own airport! Bembridge has several shops, pubs and restaurants, together with a church hall, community library and local museum, all providing ideal trips out for our residents. At Inver House we enjoy good relationships with the local stores, library, the village’s Heritage Society and other local groups with whom we organise reciprocal visits.
