Rhosyn Melyn is a purpose-built care home in Wrexham offering residential care, 24-hour nursing care, dementia support and respite stays. With 65 bedrooms and an experienced team, we can support residents with a wide range of care needs.

The home has 65 bedrooms, most with en-suite facilities, spread across several floors. Each floor has its own lounge and dining area, so residents get to know familiar faces and build friendships in a smaller, more personal setting. We have a dedicated sensory room for gentle stimulation and calm, and accessible gardens where residents can enjoy fresh air with visiting family.

"My name is Maria, I am the manager of Rhosyn Melyn Nursing Home in Wrexham. I have worked in the care industry for almost 20 years, I began my career as a care assistant then progressed through various roles to then becoming a home manager. I have worked in various settings from Residential homes where I developed a small Dementia household, to specialised Dementia nursing care where I am currently working. I hold NVQ level 3 in Health and Social Care and Level 5 in Leadership and Management for Care Services and hold all mandatory training required to sustain my role and manage my team. I believe in providing the highest quality of person-centred care, to promote wellbeing and fulfilment of our clients. We strive to maintain dignity and individuality for our residents within a warm and friendly atmosphere."

Rhosyn Melyn offers 65 bedrooms, across a modern purpose-built home designed for comfort and calm. Each floor has its own lounge and dining area, creating smaller communities where residents can relax, socialise and enjoy unhurried mealtimes together. The dedicated sensory room provides gentle stimulation for residents living with dementia or other complex needs. Residents can personalise their rooms with their own furniture, and we can help arrange visits from healthcare and personal care professionals when needed. The accessible gardens offer a peaceful spot for fresh air and time with family.
