Originally known as Stone Farm, the home has been respectfully extended and lovingly restored to provide 54 beautifully decorated en-suite bedrooms, split between two adjoining cottages: the Laurels & Pine Lodge, the latter specialising in dementia care. Residents enjoy spacious communal areas including comfortable lounges, a lifestyle kitchen, a hair and beauty salon, a library, and large landscaped gardens with accessible pathways for relaxation and socialising.
Our dedicated and compassionate care team delivers expert person-centred support tailored to individual needs, promoting dignity, independence, and wellbeing. The home offers a rich activities programme featuring arts and crafts, gardening, music, exercise, and regular local outings to Poole Quay, Brownsea Island, the New Forest and nearby coastal attractions.

The Laurels and Pine Lodge is well presented with secluded, easy access gardens and a spacious front-facing patio, where our residents can enjoy get-togethers or simply watch the world go by. Comprising 54 en-suite bedrooms, 32 of which are situated in The Laurels, with a further 22 in Pine Lodge (our specialist dementia care unit), each bedroom is beautifully decorated, fully furnished and equipped with a flat screen digital TV, telephone point and a 24-hour call bell. In addition, we offer ample communal spaces so our residents are free to enjoy both companionship and privacy.

We are fortunate to have a variety of local attractions on our doorstep. Within close proximity is the beautiful South Coast, with the golden beaches of Bournemouth and Poole, where our residents love to stroll along the promenades and enjoy traditional fish and chips. Poole Quay, Brownsea Island, Swanage and the New Forest are all just a short distance away and are places that we regularly visit. We have close links to our local community and have established good relationships with the local churches, library, schools and nurseries who visit us at the home on a regular basis. We also organise trips to Poole Lighthouse and the local arts centre, where we take part in afternoon tea dances which are a great way for our residents to stay connected with the local community.
