The Laurels and Pine Lodge

An outstanding care home in Poole. The Laurels and Pine Lodge in Poole, Dorset, is a delightful character residence providing personalised residential, dementia and respite care in a cosy, homely atmosphere. Originally known in the local area as ‘Stone Farm’, the cottages have been respectfully extended and lovingly restored to provide a safe, appealing and comfortable home for our residents.  We can confidently say that The Laurels and Pine Lodge is one of the most warm-hearted residential care homes in Poole.

UPDATE: at Hartford Care, we’ve been making some home improvements to all of our existing properties and The Laurels and Pine Lodge has benefited from the following investments. Decoration of communal areas throughout the home, new artwork throughout the home, new furniture throughout the home, extensive landscaping to grounds, new tarmacking on car park, new extension to the front of the home, new conservatory to the rear of the home, full refurbishment of 15 bedrooms, a new kitchen servery, M&E plant upgrades, and new laundry equipment. Ongoing works include- a new hair salon, improvements to staff accommodation, and a new servery kitchen in Pine Lodge. Our facilities team will continue carrying out improvement works to all of our existing homes in such a way that residents are disturbed as little as possible. As always, our goal is to improve the lives of our residents by increasing comfort, activity options, and happiness.
