Set amidst two acres of beautifully landscaped grounds on the historic site of the former Stonebridge Inn, our home offers a calm, secure, and homely environment with specialist accommodation across two floors. Our ground-floor Care Suites are tailored for residents with ongoing physical care needs, while the first-floor suites provide specialised support for individuals living with dementia.
Each spacious studio or one-bedroom suite features an en-suite bathroom, comfortable living room, personal dining area, and kitchenette for light meal preparation. Some of the ground-floor suites open directly onto secure gardens, offering residents easy access to the outdoors. The home is fully equipped with 24-hour nursing care delivered by a skilled and compassionate team committed to relationship-centred care, fostering meaningful connections between residents, families, and staff.
