Hartford Care appoints Vishul Seewoolall as Chief Operating Officer in newly created role

Hartford Care is pleased to announce the appointment of Vishul Seewoolall as Chief Operating Officer (COO). A newly created role designed to support the company’s ongoing growth and expansion strategy across the South of England.

With over 20 years of experience in the care industry, Vishul brings a wealth of operational expertise and leadership to Hartford Care. He joins from Signature Senior Lifestyle, where he served as Chief Operating Officer and held a range of senior director roles over seven years. Before that, he worked at Bupa as Regional Director of Operations.

In his new role, Vishul will work closely with Chief Financial Officer Amanda Smith, focusing on Hartford Care’s recently developed and newly acquired homes in Aldershot, Alton, Southampton, and Swindon.
