At Hartford Care, we have five Nursing Homes within our family, which are equipped to manage more complex healthcare needs which require the supervision from fully qualified nurses. Whether recuperating from a major operation or requiring specialist nursing care, our registered nurses are available 24 hours a day, and are supported by our team of highly skilled carers who assist with all aspects of personal care and support.

As with all our care, anyone requiring nursing care will be fully assessed and our qualified nurses and skilled carers will deliver a tailored care plan designed to meet the individual’s needs and choice.  Our care will always be delivered in a professional, consistent, effective and kind manner which reflects the individuals physical and emotional needs.

All our nursing homes are equipped with specialist beds and equipment to help aid mobility, they have wheelchair accessibility, and a 24-hour call bell system for assistance.  But most importantly, our residents receive the highest level of care, comfort, and companionship within a warm, friendly and homely environment.
