We are delighted to announce that Hartford Care’s Stokeleigh care home in Bristol has been given an overall ‘Good’ rating from the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
Following an inspection by the CQC on 16th December 2019, the care home was awarded four ‘Good’ ratings and received one ‘Outstanding’ rating for its care.
The report states: “The service was exceptionally caring and put people at the heart of everything they did. We were introduced to people throughout our visit and they welcomed us. They were relaxed, comfortable and confident in their home.
“Staff had a good awareness of individuals’ needs and treated people in a warm and respectful manner. They were knowledgeable about people’s lives before they started using the service.”
Residents, their relatives and staff at the care home in Stoke Hill, Stoke Bishop are delighted with the outcome.
The CQC report provides details to demonstrate the quality of life for those for whom Stokeleigh is home.
