Hartford Care’s Woodlands House Achieves Prestigious National Gold Standards Framework Award for the Second Time

This prestigious accolade, awarded after a rigorous assessment by the GSF, recognises the UK’s most outstanding health and social care providers who deliver compassionate, person-centred end-of-life care.

Outstanding Care Recognised by Gold Standard Framework Assessors

During the comprehensive review, Woodlands House care home received high scores across all areas of evaluation. The assessor’s report praised the team for being “friendly and welcoming,” commending their professional, compassionate approach and strong relationships with residents.

Residents were observed to be happy, relaxed, and well cared for, reflecting Hartford Care’s ongoing commitment to dignity, empathy, and quality in every aspect of life and care.
