West Cliff Hall and Woodlands House named among the UK’s Top 100 Care Homes

We are proud to announce that two of our Hampshire care homes – West Cliff Hall in Hythe and Woodlands House in Woodlands – have both been named among the UK’s Top 100 Care Homes in the Lottie Awards 2026. West Cliff Hall has also achieved a place in the Top 10 for Outdoor Space.

The Lottie Awards recognise and celebrate care homes across the UK that demonstrate exceptional commitment to residents and families. Winners are chosen from a comprehensive, data-driven review of every published care home listing on the Lottie platform, assessing them against the criteria that matter most to families when choosing care – including verified family reviews, CQC ratings, enquiry handling, facilities and activities.
