Aimed at the over 55s, our retirement cottages provide beautiful and spacious homes, within easy reach of local amenities. You or your loved one can continue to live independently in the comfort of their own home but with the reassurance and peace of mind that in the event of an emergency, assistance is available 24 hours a day from our adjacent nursing home.

Courtdrift, (our retirement properties) located in the seaside village of Bembridge on the Isle of Wight, has 17 retirement living cottages which can be purchased on a 50-year leasehold basis.  Set within the secluded grounds of The Elms Nursing Home, they are the only assisted-living accommodation on the Isle of Wight whereby a Registered Nurse is on-site 24 hours a day.
