I have progressed within my roles due to my hard work and dedication to the residents, staff, and families within the home, always happy to learn new things and take on new challenges. Ensuring our residents are happy and supported each day, improving their quality of life and always treating them with dignity, building relationships, and becoming a trusted companion, someone they feel safe with, makes our hearts burst. Working as a team is to always support each other to keep up good staff morale in team building sessions working together and better communication.

Victoria Lodge is a modern home with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. With light, airy communal spaces to socialise, spend time with loved ones or enjoy a quiet moment, while freshly prepared meals are served each day in the restaurant-style dining room.
