Harlow Hall Events This June
Hartford Care is gearing up for a busy June, following the launch of its new state of the art care home, Harlow Hall in Aldershot, Hampshire, last month.
On Saturday 10 June between 10am and 4pm, Hartford Care is supporting Victoria Day in the town, which plays host to a 600-person parade, classic car show, craft, food and community stalls and live music and dance. This year’s theme is ‘the circus’ and the event takes place across Union Street, Wellington Street and Princes Gardens. Hartford Care will have a stand for visitors to come and chat to the team to find out more information about Harlow Hall, and pick up some free merchandise.
Finally, on Saturday 24 June, Hartford Care will be back out in the local community, supporting Armed Forces Day. The afternoon kicks off at 2.30pm when the tea tent, bar and food stalls open, and at 3pm, the Prom in the Park will begin in Princes Gardens, offering a mix of traditional and modern live music, led by the Farnborough Concert Band of the Royal British Legion and Rushmoor Concert Band, many of whom are ex-service personnel. Hartford Care will also have a stand at this event, with team members offering free merchandise, advice and information on Harlow Hall, until the event finishes at 5pm.
Prospective residents and their families are also welcome to view Harlow Hall by appointment. The home offers dementia care, residential care, day care, respite breaks and end of life care across its 66 en suite bedrooms. A newly built home, it benefits from an abundance of natural light in its spacious rooms, along with several lounges, dining rooms, a lifestyle kitchen, a salon and a shop. It also has a fully accessible and enclosed landscaped garden, with patio areas and sun terraces. Designed with sustainability in mind, Harlow Hall has many significant renewable energy elements including solar panels, heat pumps and battery storage systems.
