Harlow Hall opens this May

 

Hartford Care’s state-of-the-art new care home, Harlow Hall in Aldershot, Hampshire, will open its doors to new residents on Monday 22 May, with prospective residents and their families welcome to view the new home, by appointment, from Tuesday 9 May.

 

Harlow Hall will also be hosting a series of drop in events, with a meet-the-team cheese and wine event on Tuesday 23 May from 3pm to 7pm and open house coffee mornings every Friday in May from 10am to 1pm. People are invited to pop into these events with no appointment necessary, to meet the new manager, Chris Ahenkorah and the rest of the team, and have the opportunity to tour the home.

 

Chris Ahenkorah, Home Manager at Harlow Hall, comments: “We’re looking forward to opening the doors of Harlow Hall to our new residents. Our main objective – as with all of Hartford Care’s homes – is to enable our residents to live their lives to the fullest by continuing their hobbies and interests and getting to spend time with their friends and family, alongside a full activities programme including visits to the local area and beyond.”

 

Harlow Hall offers dementia care, residential care, day care, respite breaks and end of life care across its 66 en suite bedrooms. A newly built home, it benefits from an abundance of natural light in its spacious rooms, along with several lounges, dining rooms, a lifestyle kitchen, a salon and a shop. It also has a fully accessible and enclosed landscaped garden, with patio areas and sun terraces. Designed with sustainability in mind, Harlow Hall has many significant renewable energy elements including solar panels, heat pumps and battery storage systems.
