Hear from our team

I completed my A Level in Health and Social Care in 2005 and began my career as a Support Worker for adults with learning disabilities. I later worked for eight years as a Care Coordinator in domiciliary care, completing my NVQ Level 2, 3 and Level 4 in Leadership and Management. After managing a domiciliary care agency in Northwich, I moved into care home management. I truly love working in care, creating a warm, safe environment for residents and families and my door is always open for a friendly chat.
