With 50 comfortable bedrooms across two floors, it offers a calm and welcoming environment where residents can feel settled and at home. We provide residential and dementia care, respite stays and day care, with support shaped around each resident’s individual needs. Our team takes the time to understand each person’s routines, preferences and interests, building genuine relationships that bring familiarity and reassurance to everyday life. For couples who wish to continue living together, two double bedrooms are available on the ground floor.

My name is Gary and I am the General Manager of both Ashgrove and Ashleigh Court Care Homes in Gresford. I have worked in the care industry since 1994 and started my career as a Care Assistant, then progressed to a Senior Care Assistant and then on to a Deputy Manager, working mainly in Residential and dementia care settings, then promoted to a Care Home Manager and then General Manager. I have an NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care and QCF Level 4 in Leadership and Management for Care Services. I am a trained first aider and have completed all training required and am registered with Social Care Wales. My philosophy is enriching the quality of life for our Residents, ensuring they live their lives to the full in a happy, safe and inclusive environment. Our aim is to create a warm, welcoming environment and for our teams to feel valued and empowered.
