My father was cared for in The Lodge for 18 months. He died on 17th May. He had advanced dementia with significant needs. The staff at the Lodge were exemplary. Everyone treated him with kindness and patience. They were interested in him as an individual and worked with us to ensure the care provided suited his needs. They were flexible and very supportive of me and my sister at what was a distressing time.

My husband settled in right away and seemed settled. I couldn’t fault the care he received, always washed, dressed, beard and hair trimmed. Every member of staff I came across were lovely. His room and the whole of The Lodge were always lovely and clean. Thank you.

Wife of Resident

Chapel Lodge

The Lodge looked after my Mother In Law for about 4 weeks for end of life care. All the staff were very caring and welcoming. Despite the sad circumstances they made the daily visits so much more pleasant with there attitude and help. Nothing was too much trouble and they were very thoughtful & kind. Thankyou The Lodge
